Anne & Everette were visiting us from Santa Barbara, we had a nice chat about my days in California. The day after their wedding, while I was publishing their site, we ran into each other at an internet cafe. It was nice to get some compliments right away from them. Congratulations!
Laura and I met Hannah & Jason at Sandals. They got married 4 days before we arrived. On the afternoon of the 22nd after the session with Ari & Edward, Laura and I were relaxing on the beach, I saw Jason getting some photos of Hannah and him setting the camera up on a tripod and running next to Hannah for the photo. I went over for a couple of minutes and got some photos of them. Hannah & Jason, hope to see you in Costa Rica soon!
Ariadna found us thru the internet and decided to have us come to Negril, Jamaica to photograph her wedding. As soon as Laura, my wife, found out she started planning for the trip. We were very excited about photographing a wedding in Jamaica. Ari and Ed are some of the sweetest people I have met. They had their ceremony and reception at Rondel Villas and we had a photo session the following day at Rock House Hotel perched on the cliffs of Negril. Beautiful weather, stunning beach, sweetest people and a wonderful time! Thanks for hiring us for this one Ari & Ed!
This had to be one of the most elegant weddings of the year. The Grew family is one of the friendliest in Costa Rica and Jaime and his family are no exception. After I was done working, I changed into something nicer and joined the party. Had a lot of fun dancing with my wife Laura since she was invited. Ross and Nat, way to put on an event! Congratulations to Annette & Santi!
Melita & Thaddeus got married at Finca Rosa Blanca in Heredia, congratulations guys! It threatened with rain but we got a beautiful day. Tropical Occasions coordinated the wedding, it's always great to work alongside Anahi, Steven and Brynn.
Punta Islita is one of my favorite places. My wife, Laura, loves it when I tell her I have a wedding there, it automatically means she's coming along. I love the colors you chose for your wedding Lisa!
I have to admit, I was a bit stressed before the wedding, Jennilyn, the bride, is a photo editor. I had met them a year before during a scouting/vacation trip they had done. They picked Hotel Milarepa, Malpais for their wedding. Rain was threatening, but there were enough fingers crossed. They had a perfect day and a very colorful wedding. I commented to Aimee from Tropical Occasions that their design was really beautiful. Jennilyn ended being a total sweetheart bride, she peeked into my camera a couple of times (checking up on me) but mostly, really enjoyed her wedding day. I was surprised to know she had made her own wedding dress.
